The Art of Patricia Badman

Patricia Badman exhibits her work frequenly in one person shows and juried competitions. She is a Southern Illinois University-Carbondale graduate and has participated in the ARTEAST open studio tour for the last 10 years. She is a prolific painter whose work is sometimes sensual, sometimes controversial, but always genuine and honest.   

"The paintings I show are emotional and spiritual extensions of myself. They reveal what is known by the unconscious to the conscious."

Figure Painter, Linda Smith Featured in Rock Road Reporter

In their latest issue, The Rock Road Reporter, has done a feature article on figure painter, and Gateway Gallery partner, Linda Smith. A local publication, The Rock Road Reporter is a new, free, monthly news and entertainment magazine that is hand delivered to 10,000 homes in the Northwest St. Louis County area, where Linda grew up.
